Established in 1967, PreGel has a long history of successes and novelties worldwide, having renewed the world of the gelato parlour with products such as Yoggi, the first and most famous product for yogurt gelato, Zabaione, the first Stracciatella, Fortefrutto, the first concentrated fruit pastes, the first Tiramisù paste, and Fior Panna.
