| A single base for all types of soya gelato with fruit or traditional flavours. For
the first time, soya gelato obtained with PreGel base has a pleasant and absolutely
neutral flavour, without an aftertaste of beans. The texture is soft and creamy,
and the product never hardens in the tub. PreGel Neutral Basesoia therefore
makes it possible to produce excellent gelato without using any
animal fats, or saccharose. With PreGel Neutral Basesoia alone, it is possible,
by adding fresh fruit, to make all kinds of fruit gelato and, by adding some
recommended Traditional Pastes, other completely sugar-free flavours can be
obtained. The recommended PreGel Traditional Pastes, as they contain no
saccharose, are: ARACHID’ORO®, CACAOPAT, DUCAL
ALMOND, HAZELNUT, CREMA NOCCIOLA, MACAD’ORO®, REGINA®
HAZELNUT, 100% PURE PISTACCHIO SICILIA N, PINE NUT PASTE. PreGel
