This was PreGel's slogan when the Company
was the first in Europe to launch yogurtflavoured
gelato. Since then the success of
Yoggi has been continually growing.
Yoggi can be used in combination with
PreGel Fruttosa® or Totalbase®, milk, sugar
and PreGel Vellutina®, or it can be added
to a neutral base. In both cases, possibly
adding fresh yogurt, the result is a gelato
with live milk enzymes. Product for gelato
