SALONE INTERNAZIONALE DEL GUSTO – PREGEL IS TAKING PART WITH BIRRA DOLOMITI!
October 21st 2010: the opening of Salone Internazionale del Gusto (the International Taste Show), now in its eighth year, at Lingotto Fiere in Turin.
An event not to be missed, that is to continue till October 25th 2010 and feature, among the other novelties, a preview of Birra Dolomiti, that has its origins in the area of the Dolomites of Belluno in the historical Brewery of Pedavena (BL), produced with local raw materials, in a water ice version!
This fresh new product, both for the brewery sector and for the takeout channel, was created through cooperation with PreGel: a match that in a single product combines two excellences of the collective imagination of the Italian spirit: a beer made with raw materials from the Dolomites and a product of the Italian art of gelato making.
The beer water ice is the result of continual product research by both Companies that, thanks to their Research and Development laboratories and excellent raw materials, have succeeded in obtaining a creamy and delicate water ice without losing the typical organoleptic properties of Birra Dolomiti.
It has thus been possible to create a product that really brings Birra Dolomiti into the area of food, no longer merely as a gastronomic accompaniment. Development of an innovative product that, without losing the high quality and distinctive features of the original raw materials, succeeds in bringing a novelty into the national and international limelight, combining two growing cultures Made in Italy.
This delicious novelty created in cooperation with PreGel can be sampled with a preview at the Birra Dolomiti booth - hall 2, G166 - during the period of the Show (from Thursday 21st to Sunday 24th October: from 11 am to 11 pm; Monday October 25th: from 11 am to 8 pm).
