HOFEX 2011

The Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, from May 11 to 14, is to hold the fifteenth HOFEX, the international fair of Food & Drink, hospitality and catering.

The Hong Kong exhibition centre, with its 48,000 m² of surface area, is to accommodate over 1,800 exhibitors from over 40 different countries, with an expected attendance of approximately 30,000 trade visitors.

During the event there are also going to be competitions, including the Hong Kong International Culinary Challenge and the International Wine Challenge 2011.

PreGel is going to take part in the event with a stand organized in cooperation with our importer Orienta Engineering Company LTD of Hong Kong.
