Coriandoline Sticks are one of PreGel’s exciting new products for 2011. Ideal for those who want to bring variety to their usual ice-cream selection, Coriandoline Sticks are a simple way of making lollies, biscuits and pralines with ice-cream or semifreddo.

 

They are unusual in that they only contain non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, thus coating the stick more effectively due to their increased elasticity which ensures a reduced risk of the coating breaking or cracking. They also notably only contain natural colouring.

 

All these features provide added value and make the Coriandolina Stick structure unique, in that they make it softer and creamier compared to other products under the same temperature conditions.

 

It is precisely this feature – its softness and flexibility at room temperature – which indicates the product’s ability to react extremely sensitively to temperature. This means that the product can be easily adapted to every potential work purpose.

 

For example, if the workplace is very hot, you only need to heat the Coriandolina very slightly in order to obtain an optimal coating; the same coating can be obtained in colder temperatures by heating it more. Similarly, you can control the thickness of the coating, again by modifying the melting temperature.
