PreGel back from FHC 2011

FHC Shanghai Fair has been a success beyond all expectations for PreGel!

The turnout of people both interested in gelato parlor and confectionery exceeded the anticipations each and every day of the fair.

Artisanal gelato, still not well developed in the market, drew a wide public of operators and simple onlookers who, among different flavors, particularly appreciated pistachio, creams, yogurt and the already famous Pino Pinguino.

The confectionery, made on the spot, had its constant public that greatly appreciated the facility of the preparation and the speediness of execution.

Frozen Yogurt - for which PreGel is well known and already market leader in China - has surely been one of the main attractions of our stall and clients had the chance to taste different and new matches with Arabeschi and toppings.
