PreGel HappyTorte ® is an innovative product as it allows you to obtain a dessert, which can be stored in the shop window under negative temperature (-15/-16 ° C) while maintaining a soft and spoonable texture. It is an ideal product to be offered also in the pre-and post-summer period, thus allowing to diversify the offer and extend the selling season. HappyTorte ® was born from PreGel’s innovation and research to offer customers a new product, without hydrogenated fats, with which to produce different recipes and compositions both in tub and in single-portion/takeaway minicups.
