PREGEL AT THE “SANDWICH 2010” FAIR IN PARIS
On 10-11 February 2010 PreGel was at the annual “Sandwich” fair at the Port de Versailles expo centre in Paris. This fair, which has by now reached its 10th anniversary, was an opportunity for PreGel to strengthen its presence on the French market thanks to the many visitors, mostly experts in the world of catering, coming from all over France, from some French colonies and from the Magreb.
The PreGel booth, with its strong visual impact, was separated into 3 “islands,” chosen to represent each of the 3 concepts of sweet catering that were presented. The Gelato Shop with SPRINT technology patented by PreGel, the creams and glacés to combine with coffee and PreGel Yogurt in its soft version, by now famous all over the world and a distinctive brand of the company.
The catering confectionery was also highly appreciated, with crème brulée, panna cotta, crème caramel and tiramisu, to underline PreGel’s continual growth in confectionery.
Great success for the novelties of Sprint Salty Caramel, Grisby arabeschi and passion fruit arabeschi.
The next Sandwich fair will be the 11-12 March 2011.
