BACK FROM MIG 2010: PREGEL SATISFIED
The 51st International Artisan Gelato Show has concluded.
In spite of the snowfalls that made it so difficult to reach this famous event, in the four days it was open MIG hosted professionals and delegations for a total of 23,000 people, coming from over 40 foreign countries. As for all the past shows, besides the many novelties presented by the exhibitors, there were also interesting conferences and prize awards.
PreGel this year, too, has come away satisfied in view of the success of the 2011 novelties it presented: two new bases, Fiocc Base and ProntoFast Base, to satisfy every kind of need; a new member of the PinoPinguino family, the friendly Bear Dino; two new fruit Sprints, Mango and Gran Limone (enriched with lemon peel); a new Fortefrutto® dedicated to the famous cocktail, Spritz. But the novelties do not end here: two mixes were also successfully received, one for making tasty Waffles and Pancakes and the other for making delicious sweet Crepes; lastly, a mix for making excellent semifreddo and warm gelato, PreGel Pronto Semifreddo.
The special guest at PreGel’s booth was a corner reserved for the collaboration with Pedavena, where the many visitors were able to sample water ice and gelato made with Beer Dolomiti.
Thanking the numerous MIG guests that visited the PreGel booth, we hope to meet many of you at the next fair too.
