INAUGURATING THE SECOND “LA VIA DEI GUSTI”
On Monday, 12th January 2009, at PreGel’s headquarters in Reggio Emilia, there were over 80 participants, coming from the Italian provinces of Brescia and Cremona for the inaugural day of the second “La Via dei Gusti”, the private show organized by PreGel at its headquarters in Reggio Emilia and throughout the whole of Italy.
The inaugural day, supported by considerable numbers of qualified and attentive sector operators, was divided up between the presentation of PreGel’s new products for the year 2009, practical demonstrations performed by our technicians on how to use the products in the best way and the presentation of new marketing strategies for customer loyalty at the point-of-sale. As is tradition, there was a visit to the company’s quality control laboratories and the production department to get people to “touch” PreGel’s earnestness and reliability along with a later “forum” during which our technicians put their experience and professionalism at the disposal of the gelato makers taking part.
There was great appreciation for the early delivery to the guests taking part of a copy of the Book, fresh from the printers, called “The Wide World inside a Gelato”: this fine book has been created thanks to the collaboration of expert gelato makers from the five continents, who shared their best recipes with the staff of “La Via dei Gusti,” thereby basically putting them at the disposal of their colleagues on the Italian market.
“La Via dei Gusti” events will continue until early February with the alternation of national and international customers that are to be entertained at the PreGel headquarters of Reggio Emilia; to cater for the needs of customers in the most distant zones from the head office (Southern Italy and Islands), PreGel has moreover organized a series of local events held on the territory by our technicians.
