“LA VIA DEI GUSTI” HAS REACHED GERMANY TOO!

This year, too, the PreGel Deutschland headquarters of Munich in Bavaria for four consecutive days, from 10th to 13th February, welcomed numerous guests to present the Novelties of the 2009 season.

The traditional “open day” fixed for the month of February featured debates in both German and Italian, dedicated to the many Italian and German customers and those of every other nationality that carry on their business in Germany.

An average of 60 guests a day, coming from the whole of Germany, that took part on the four scheduled dates.

The programme was organized, as for the Italian version of “La Via dei Gusti”, in practical demonstrations, marketing tips associated with strategies and promotions and numerous debates on topics of interest for the sector (how to calculate the price of a scoop of gelato, how to reduce the fixed costs of running each shop, how to fulfil the rules on hygiene and other regulations in force in Germany, how to fight the credit crunch at global level with effective promotional activities).

The presentation of the recipe book “Tutto il mondo in un gelato” met with considerable success also as a corollary to the practical seminar: a valuable collection of as many as 42 recipes from all over the world demonstrating PreGel’s roots in every continent.

In addition, four of the recipes presented in the volume were made live, further igniting the interest of the guests in this innovative project.
