On Friday 16/01/2009 PreGel’s head office held the first “Via dei Gusti” event for its international customers with an extraordinary attendance: approximately 100 guests, from all over the world, at the presentation of the Emilian company’s new 2009 products.
The day's programme, rich in practical demonstrations performed by our Gelato and Confectionery Chefs, tastings of the 2009 Novelties and a visit to the quality control laboratories, was highly appreciated by all the guests taking part.
There was great appreciation for the moment of the closing speech when the guests taking part were given an early delivery of a copy of the Book, fresh from the printers, called “The wide world inside a gelato”: as many as 42 recipes from every continent, some of which were given a preview tasting by the guests taking part. “The wide world inside a gelato” is only the first of many initiatives that this year are to fill La Via dei Gusti with meaning.
