ARABESCHI® PreGel

PreGel Arabeschi® are a product range, obtained by processing selected high quality raw materials, ideal for rippling and decorating the interior and surface of the gelato (in tubs, containers and cups). In addition, they can be used in confectionery for rippling the interior of desserts, mousses, semifreddo and cakes.
