THE BASES

 

The Base is the fundamental product, the heart and the structure of gelato, which will be added with different flavours in order to make a quality artisan gelato. In PreGel bases the ingredients are mixed and balanced in order to give the gelato the best stucture in terms of creaminess and smoothness; on the other hand they must enhance the taste of the Traditional and Fortefrutto® Pastes.
