Centre for Food Art, Science and Technology - is an Institute for vocational training in the gastronomic professionsfor the subjects of cuisine, confectionery, chocolate, gelato, cafés, bread-making and pizzeria.
A renowned School of Cuisine, CAST Alimenti provides interesting training courses, for both beginners and professionals wanting to expand on their knowledge and skills.
For 2011, PreGel has decided to Sponsor the Institute, both by providing its own products and by actively taking part in training the people who have enrolled, having its own Technicians join the Institute's teachers during the training courses.
